DMC piling is one type of replacement piling procedure. The essential premise of DMC piling is that soil layers get harder to penetrate as depth increases, hence water jet streams are employed to soften the hard soil layers deep below the earth. The soul is then cleaved with a chisel. Bore holes are drilled according to the client's specifications, and the subsoil is kept from collapsing by applying Bentonite slurry or other compounds. The reinforcing cage is then lowered, and concrete is filled from the bore hole's bottom via Tremie pipes. Concrete is normally allowed to solidify for 28 days.
